Supplier Agreement:

Please read carefully our terms and conditions:

  • All items are subjected to damage due to regular fitting.
  • The material you provide will be featured on our website.
  • If the product gets high demands, the supplier will be asked to drop her gown at our office, and can only be retrieved after sending a written notice at least 4 months in advance.
  • We Do by Esposa reserves the absolute and exclusive right to post videos or photos of the dress collected from a supplier and make rental agreements.
  • As a supplier, you are expected to fully defend and take sides with We Do by Esposa against any claims, losses, costs, liabilities, fines, penalties, charges and expenses claimed by any client.
  • Revenues will be split in half between We Do by Esposa and the supplier, after deduction of expenses such as dry cleaning, alterations and shipping.
  • Revenues can be less or 0 in cases of promotions, marketing efforts celebrity/blogger dressing.
  • Revenues will be collected after the client receives her dress.
  • The contract will be signed for a duration of 1 year.
  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates applicable in the Emirate of Dubai and Dubai Courts shall be the competent authority for settlement of any dispute regarding this Agreement.


Rental Agreement:

  • The dress can be rented from any country around the world under the condition of returning it within 10 days maximum.
  • The full amount should be paid at the date of reservation.
  • In case the client requests any modifications, she is asked to pay the full cost of these alterations in advance.
  • The client is asked to pay a guarantee fee on the dress (may differ between rental and sale), which will be fully reimbursed once the dress is returned to the company within 5 days as a maximum, provided that the dress was not damaged.
  • WeDo by Esposa shall deliver the ordered dress to the client in accordance with their selected design and size specifications to the address provided.
  • If the wedding is located outside of UAE, WeDo by Esposa will be in charge of shipping the dress back to UAE 1-day after the wedding.
  • The client shall return the rented dress at the end of the rental period to the location of original delivery.
  • If the dress is returned damaged, the client is asked to pay certain damage fees which will be specified by WeDo by Esposa. In case of irreparable damages, the client is expected to pay the difference of rental and selling price.
  • In case the dress is returned late, the client will be charged a penalty amount of 5% of the rental price for each day of delay.

Exchange Policy:

The client can exchange the booked dress within a maximum 48 hours of the reservation date.

Cancellation Policies:

  • Within the first day of purchase placement, a 100% cash/card refund will be issued 
  • Within a month of the purchase placement, a 100% refund will be issued in  form of credit placed in the client’s digital wallet
  • Within two months and more of the purchase placement, a 50% refund will be issued in form of credit placed in the client’s digital wallet.
